Will be available
later - means that the kitten is not old enough for adoption.
Available -
means that the kitten is available for purchase.
Pending Reservation
- means we are holding the kitten for a limited time till we receive a
deposit.
Reserved - means we have received a
deposit for the sale, but the sale is not completed.
Adopted-means
the kitten is sold and in their new home.

*We reserve the right to refuse placement of our babies with anyone we
deem inappropriate.
**Please note that Deposits are taken in Good
Faith and are Non-Refundable so be sure of your selection before you
send your Deposit.
Spay/neuter agreements required on all kittens
placed as pets.
There may be stipulations and terms contained in our breeding/show
contracts.
References may be requested before adoption is finalized.

Our kittens are raised in a clean environment. They are free of ear mites, fleas, worms, and any fungus, etc.
They are also groomed and bathed regularly during our care, and again right before leaving to their new home.
Important notes - Please read carefully!
**Only serious inquiries will be answered
and we do reserve the right to refuse a sale
to any person, for any reason, without explanation.**
(If we feel that there is a chance that there will be lack of proper care, with the new potential owner,
we have the right to refuse the adoption process)

We may ask for references, and all of our kittens are adopted with an accompanying agreement.
We feel that we can only place our kittens into the hands of the best pre-approved homes.
*Deposits are not refundable*
*Deposits or reservations of any kind are not refundable, if the Buyer changes his/her mind*
*If a deposit has been sent by mail, while another buyer is able to pay immediately using any
immediate-payment method (PayPal) for the same kitten/cat,
we will accept the payment from the buyer whose entire payment reaches us first, and we will refund the deposit upon receiving it.*

*Due to record keeping purposes, we do not handle conversations over the phone.
We handle all of our business by email, for your convenience and ours *

*According to our cattery rules, we cannot sell a kitten as a birthday present or any other holiday present.
If you are interested in one of our kittens, please ask the person who will be receiving the kitten/cat to contact us in advance.
You may still pay for the kitten yourself, which will be accompanied with a gift certificate*

We breed and maintain our cats in our home. If you are interested in coming to look at a specific baby or to see the parents to help determine if the acquire is right for you, we do allow scheduled appointments. We do not allow anyone to come to "just look around" because we maintain a sanitary environment, also we should know that you are a potential buyer for my kitten and you intention is to buy/reserve (leave a deposit) for a kitten when you come to my house.
